Join us on New Years Day, Monday 1/1/24 10.15am -12pm PST Online for a wonderful way to start the year with a fully balanced practice, touching all the bases. A celebration of our practice, whatever state it is in!, and the great gifts that yoga can bring, in what will inevitably be an interesting - some would say “Bonkers” - year. Online regulars bring a guest and register at lower fee by 123123 6pm.
Don’t forget that Online Yoga for Newbies is $20 in January for 3-4 classes a week. Auto subscribers receive 3 months of recordings and many discounts on workshops and programs. Consider joining our lovely online community.
